In this role, Ashley will continue working out of the Colorado Springs USOC Headquarters, and will be responsible for leadership of Sport Performance, the Olympic Training sites and the external medical network. Favro, located in Lake Placid, N.Y., will oversee strategic and financial planning, future construction and contracts with each training center in his new role. Glen Werner Roseboom and Tracy Lamb, directors of the Colorado Springs and Chula Vista training centers, respectively, will report to Favro, as will his current leadership team in Lake Placid. He has worked for the USOC in his hometown of Lake Placid since 1989. Favro, who began his USOC career as the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center Food Service Manager, was named the Associate Director of the training center in 1995. He was promoted to Director in 1996.

Both Ashley and Favro will continue to report to Mike English, Chief of Sport Performance.

"We are incredibly fortunate to have the talent and experience that both Alan and Jack bring to their new leadership roles," English said.
